With over a decade of experience, Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant having trained at a Big 4 firm. He has a proven track record of leading acquisition strategies for another Wealth Management Consolidator, handling £100m+ deals from origination to execution. His extensive expertise in corporate finance and deal structuring is instrumental in advancing the Group’s strategic objectives.
