Fern is part of the centralised paraplanning team at One Four Nine Group and joined in January 2023. As the first member of this centralised team, Fern leads the implementation of the Group paraplanning software across all firms who become part of One Four Nine, providing training where necessary. She is knowledgeable and diligent, ensuring consistent processes and procedures are followed when preparing research and analysis for financial planners to use with client recommendations.

She has completed the Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) through The London Institute of Banking & Finance.

Despite claiming to be at the gym outside of work she is more likely to be focusing on her passions as a travel and food enthusiast.
